The Community School Director (CSD) is responsible for the implementation of the Communities In Schools Community School model at Fulton Elementary School in the School District of Lancaster. Community Navigator – Greater Johnstown Middle School
In partnership with The Greater Johnstown School District, CISPA launched the first Community Navigation opportunity in the city of Johnstown in 2018. The goal of Community Navigation is for a community to work together “across systems and across sectors to improve the broader conditions that affect the health, safety, and opportunities of children and their families.” The Community Navigator is responsible for helping students and families understand and connect with the programs and resources that are available in the greater Johnstown area. Fall 2019 Social Media and Communications Intern
Communities In Schools Pennsylvania (CISPA) is seeking a self-motivated and detail-orientated Social Media and Communications Intern. The intern will report to the External Relations Manager and assist in developing unique, compelling and rich content for a variety of online mediums.
