Joseph Zukowski joined the CISPA team in February 2025 as the Site Coordinator at Upper Dauphin Area Middle School. Before joining CISPA, he worked for the Luzerne/Schuylkill Workforce Development Board as a Workforce Development Specialist, visiting schools and giving presentations on local workforce programs, statistics, and professional development for staff in all of the region's PA CareerLink offices. In addition, he spent several years teaching GED, SAT, and ACT prep courses—primarily focused on math—through the Schuylkill IU 29.

Passionate about education and student success, he believes that many challenges students face often go unaddressed and can be difficult to discuss. Every student deserves equal access to education in a safe and supportive learning environment. Teachable moments are everywhere, and every interaction provides an opportunity to learn something new.

A graduate of Villanova University, he holds dual master's degrees in political science and education. As a dedicated Villanova men's basketball fan, he was fortunate to attend one of the team’s national championship games and actively supports fundraising efforts for their NIL collective. As a Philadelphia sports fan, attending as many Phillies games as possible is a priority. Rather than relaxing at the beach, he prefers exploring new cities and experiencing places that have long been on the must-visit list. Excited to contribute to the CISPA community, he looks forward to supporting students and building strong connections.
