Roberto Santana
Site Coordinator at Jackson Pre-K-8
Roberto Santana joined the CISPA team in November 2024 as the Site Coordinator at Jackson Pre-K-8. He is originally from New York City, but for the past decade, he has called Lancaster home, where he lives with his wife and three sons. With over 30 years of experience in community-based work, he has dedicated his life to making a difference in various fields. His journey has included roles in schools, drug and alcohol recovery services, domestic violence support, and housing advocacy.
His educational background spans criminal justice and teaching, providing him with a diverse skill set to tackle the challenges faced by the communities he serves. In schools, he has had the privilege of shaping young minds, while in drug and alcohol services, he has supported individuals on their path to recovery. Through his work in domestic violence services, he has offered essential support to those in crisis, and his efforts in housing advocacy have helped many secure a safe place to call home.
There is no greater calling than service to others. Roberto is passionate about fostering positive change and making a lasting impact on the lives of those he serves. With compassion and a vision for a brighter future, he remains a steadfast advocate and support within his community.
