Communities in Schools of Pennsylvania (CISPA) will be celebrating its 30th Anniversary in 2024! CISPA, while working collaboratively at a statewide level, focuses on in-school programming in the Central, South Central, and Southwestern regions of the state. CISPA's first school-based programs were launched in 2014 in the School District of the City of York, and since then, we have grown to serve 23 individual schools in nine school districts.

On May 23, 2024, CISPA will be hosting its 30th Anniversary Celebration at The Englewood in Hershey. This event will celebrate CISPA’s work over the last 30 years and look forward to the years to come. Students and families are struggling, and this work is more important now than ever. CISPA’s programming combats these struggles by providing students with holistic wraparound services focused on removing non-academic barriers like housing, health, mental health, hunger, and behavior. When students are healthy, safe, and supported, they are more likely to succeed academically. And when students succeed, we all succeed.
